Returns

If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, in the original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

To process a return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.

The Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only cover manufacturer defects.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-refundable.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and any item returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) will not be accepted.
